To be selective for smooth muscle actin:
Immunoblots - 1:2000
Indirect immunofluorescence - 1:100-1:500
Immunohistochemistry - 1:500
Blocking conditions: human specimens: 2% serum, mouse specimens: MOM kit (Vector Labs)
Supplied As Acites fluid containing 0.01% Na azide.
Storage Storage at -70oC recommended, however the antibody is stable for months at -20oC and for weeks at 4oC. Multiple freeze/thaw cycles not recommended.
