Gene p38-alpha-mutant estrogen receptor fusion (fusion protein activated by tamoxifen)
Vector Construction

Human p38alpha cDNA fused to mutant estrogen receptor was cloned into the multiple cloning site of pAC-CMV-pLpA. The resulting plasmid was cotransfected into HEK293 cells with plasmid pJM17 which contains the Ad5 genome. This generates a tamoxifen inducible version of p38 beta.

Supplied As Crude HEK293 cell lysate.
Storage

Store at -80oC. Multiple freeze/thaw cycles not recommended.

Epitope Tag None
QC Testing Western Blot
Titer Approx 1E8/ml
