Gene NFAT-luciferase reporter (reporter adenovirus for nuclear factor of activated T-cells activity and calcineurin activation)
Vector ConstructionNFAT- luciferase reporter that contains 9 multimerized NFAT binding sites upstream of a minimal TATA-containing promoter fused to luciferase (lacking the CMV promoter) was cloned into the multiple cloning site of pAC-CMV-pLpA. The resulting plasmid was cotransfected into HEK293 cells with plasmid pJM17 which contains the Ad5 genome.
Supplied AsCrude HEK293 cell lysate.
StorageStore at -80°C. Multiple freeze/thaw cycles not recommended.
Epitope TagNone
QC TestingNone
