Signaling and transcription biology, Jeffery D. Molkentin, Ph.D.
Jeffery D. Molkentin, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Molkentin’s laboratory is interested in understanding the intracellular signaling pathways and transcriptional regulatory circuits that control mammalian cell growth and differentiation. Important model systems for the investigation of growth and stress responses include cardiac myocytes, skeletal muscle myocytes, and T lymphocytes. Dr. Molkentin, during his laboratory’s research endeavors, has developed an expansive product line of adenoviral vectors. These high quality research products are now available to Seven Hills Bioreagents customers in the United States.
